Position Overview: They are seeking a visionary VP of Sales to accelerate the momentum and build off the foundation that has already been established. This role is critical for setting the strategic direction, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence. The VP of Sales will be instrumental in building a robust outbound sales and marketing cadence and leveraging PMA’s extensive contact list to expand its market presence.


Key Responsibilities: This leader will be expected to continue implementing the EOS framework and managing a clear scorecard to evaluate performance for themselves, the team, and the company as a whole. The key stats of success will be ARR total and profit.


Growth:

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market share.
  • Establish foundational outbound sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Leverage a list of property management companies with owner contact info to boost outreach efforts.

Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure business sustainability.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the sales team's budget with a profit-based mindset.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability for that department.

Culture and Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and maintain a strong company culture that encourages high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop succession plans and ensure the organization’s capability to meet future challenges.


Preferred Professional Experiences:

  1. High proficiency and obsession in sales and marketing/lead generation
  2. Experience building and leading a team with effective delegation.
  3. Ability to transition from a hands-on "doer" role to a strategic leadership position in the near future.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing/lead generation within the property management or real estate industry is optional.
  • Understanding of financial concepts and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred but optional.
