Junior Account Executive

As a Junior Account Executive at Bluewater Learning, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with senior account executives, learning the ropes of the industry, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.


Core Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through targeted research and outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage lead generation campaigns and initiatives.


Sales Support:

  • Assist senior account executives in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide product/service information to potential clients and address their inquiries.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for client communications and support.


Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.


Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance our sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques is a plus.
