Our Design Studio (Not Corporate) Culture
We are more like a design studio than a corporate office. We seek talented people who feel more at home in the creative atmosphere of a design studio with a small team than in a corporate atmosphere.
Starting Salary
The starting salary for this position in Issaquah, Washington is $60,000 for recent graduates and higher for experienced professionals.
We are also open to hiring on a part-time basis, if preferred.

Key job responsibilities:
Product Messaging and Copywriting:
- Collaborate with development teams to develop effective messaging strategies aligned with the product's value proposition and target audience.
- Craft compelling and concise copy for various marketing channels, including product descriptions, taglines, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products and engage the target audience.
- Create visually appealing and shareable social media graphics and visuals aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing and compelling graphics for product pages.
- Create eye-catching visuals for marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging retail packaging designs that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and brand identity.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product management, and engineering, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials and retail packaging.
- Provide creative input and design expertise during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
Branding and Visual Identity:
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Develop style guides and brand guidelines that outline design standards, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and design best practices.
Quality Control and Review:
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs and marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, software, and tools relevant to graphic design and marketing.
Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graphic design experience
- Interest in and experience with consumer products.
- Rendering and visual creation software experience is a plus.
