We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our innovative Ultrasound team based in Issaquah, WA. As a key member of our North America ultrasound marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving market share growth for our cardiovascular ultrasound portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities- Analyze and understand the North America cardiovascular ultrasound market segment, identifying marketing strategies, customer needs, and competitive trends to formulate a plan for market share and revenue growth.
- Partner with the North America sales organization to execute strategies and tactics that drive achievement of revenue targets by generating awareness, brand loyalty, and intent to purchase with customers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, tactics, and sales enablement tools that focus on how our portfolio improves patient outcomes, increases clinician and patient satisfaction, reduces costs, and increases patient access to a much-needed imaging modality.
- Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches in North America, creating a plan that generates awareness and demand with our customers while ensuring the sales team has what they need to successfully launch the product.
- Understanding of customers and their imaging needs and how Siemens Healthineers ultrasound can address those needs through systems, software, service, and commercial solutions.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing regional go-to-market plans on time and on budget.
- Ability to complete competitive analysis and identify market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred. 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience in Cardiology / MedTech / Biotech preferred.
- The ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
- Marketer with ultrasound clinical or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
