Senior Product Support Specialist

At Siemens Healthineers, we are committed to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ultrasound platforms.
You will be responsible for providing logistical product support, working closely with the Serviceability team and cross-functional members to ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and product updates. Your expertise will be essential in sustainment of these parts throughout the product lifecycle.
In this senior role, you will assume a lead position within the team and become a process expert, providing support and training to team members as needed. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving processes, product quality, and costs in close alignment with partners and stakeholders.
