Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with a strong focus on business development. This role combines recruiting expertise with a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and market insights.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client requirements and candidate submissions.
- Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities, recruitment metrics, and client feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
