Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with a strong focus on business development. This role combines recruiting expertise with a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate progress and market insights.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client requirements and candidate submissions.
  • Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development activities, recruitment metrics, and client feedback.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
