Location: Oxford, NC


Salary: $60k - $70k (max)


Hours: 8:30 – 5pm

Remote or in Office? Fully on-site – Oxford, NC



Looking for:


· Someone with heavy payroll and benefits experience


· They process payroll weekly


· Recruiting – full cycle recruiting for machine operators, mechanics, weavers, and specialty roles. They lead the onboarding process and will help interview

Start Date: asap



Responsibilities:


· Serving as a resource for employees regarding work-related inquiries including payroll, benefits, career development


· Employment verifications, assist with internal I-9 audits


· Full cycle recruiting


· Process weekly payroll


· Maintain records of HR/Payroll offsite storage


· Accurate creation and filing of HR/Payroll documents in employee personnel folders


· Create and maintain HR forms


· Maintain and monitor labor law compliance


· Investigate and respond to any claims


· Able to fully back up other HR Representatives


· Give input and support around employee related events


· Provides counsel to employees and management to maintain a productive and positive work environment, including development planning, coaching


· Understands key business drivers and opportunities




Qualifications


· 4+ years of Human Resources experience


· Strong knowledge of benefits and payroll


· Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership.


· Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


· Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field


· Additional HR training or experience is a plus


· Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
