Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Task Organization: Assist with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the CEO’s activities are well-organized and prioritized.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings. Attend meetings as needed to take notes and track action items.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Project Assistance: Support the CEO in various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:
