As their IT Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving a variety of computer-related issues. You'll manage tasks with helpdesk software, and be on the front lines of supporting end-users with hardware, software, networking, telephone, and other tech challenges. This is a full-time opportunity where your expertise will truly shine.
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- An Associate Degree or higher
- 2+ years of IT Helpdesk experience plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using phone, web conferencing, and remote access tools.
