Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing proactive and preventative maintenance on network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Recording completed work and assisting in updating network documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Participating in after-hours support rotation to provide 24/7 support to our clients.
  • Following standard operating procedures for day-to-day activities to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements and Expectations:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Staying up-to-date on evolving computer network technology to provide cutting-edge support.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues to resolve client problems efficiently.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure secure network operations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to write clear documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Organized, self-managed, and willing to learn new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Travel to local client sites may be required to provide on-site support and maintenance.
