POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of CCTV and access control projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the company's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.

Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of CCTV and access control systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.
  • Conduct project close-out meetings and obtain client feedback.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality checks and audits throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites.

Safety Management:

  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct safety training and ensure team members adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CCTV and access control systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Understanding of CCTV and access control technologies and installation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
