KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the execution of office protocols and reporting procedures.
Guarantee that the daily exchange of information within the office is prompt, precise, and reliable.
Manage product placement in and around all checkout areas and the main entrance.
Effectively promote products and ensure visibility of marketing materials.
Assist cashiers with register operations and perform register counts.
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all front-end associates, including greeting and acknowledging each customer, possessing thorough product knowledge, and maintaining efficiency at the register.
Address customer service inquiries, assist with transaction completion, and relay customer requests to the Store Manager as needed.
Inform the front-end team about all promotions and advertisements to enhance customer engagement and support sales.
Organize a daily break schedule for associates.
Support the coaching, training, development, evaluation, and supervision of front-end staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Assist with unloading merchandise and maintaining store organization.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Ability to operate various store equipment (including but not limited to telephones, copiers, fax machines, computers, and forklifts).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull loads up to 35 pounds.
Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Ability to frequently bend and twist.
Occasional ability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders.
Regular ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be open to working irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary for store operations.

SALARY:
$12.00
