Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience on the Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud with a focus on tag management (Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and/or AdOps)
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system in web and mobile app environments
  • Proven track record of success with managing Adobe Analytics tagging and configuring Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system, including strong understanding of: data layers, tagging, variables, custom metric set up
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
  • Understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce
  • Experience with Jira
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for data-driven decision-making


Responsibilities:


  • Develop tagging requirements documentation and execute technical implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across sites and digital assets in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
  • Execute technical implementation of pixel tags on sites and digital assets in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager and manage pixel status via Collibra management and audit tool
  • Validate and troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur – communicating status/next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders via JIRA
  • Maintain tagging documentation updates as well as manage technical requirements via JIRA
  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics team to provide tracking solutions
  • Manages and executes technical implementation of Adobe tagging across sites.
  • Oversees tagging implementation and configuration of Ensighten Tag Manager/Adobe Launch/GTM
  • Validates and troubleshoots tagging and tracking issues as they occur, communicating status and next steps with all relevant stakeholders
  • Works with internal partners to support tagging needs and management for eBusiness reporting, paid advertising, and testing
  • Creates and maintains tagging documentation and manages technical requirements
  • Assists in developing customer servicing reporting and tracking requirements for products and features
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to provide analysis specific to team needs
  • Manages implementation of Ad Pixels & Sites on digital assets
  • Own and Maintain the Cookie Consent Module for the Privacy Team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Continuously seek ways to improve analytics processes and methodologies
