We are currently seeking a problem solving, take-charge Office Services Coordinator for our Frisco Office.


Qualifications:

· One year experience in a law office

· Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Professional, clear, and effective communicator

· Organized

· Able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands.

· Proactive thinker and problem solver


The individual reports to the Director of Operations and works with the Receptionist to ensure smooth day to day activities in a busy law office.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Inventory, ordering, and stocking of office and break room supplies and snacks

· Mailings, printing, binding, copying, and scanning

· Back up/Relief Receptionist

· Set up of new hire desks/offices

· Primary office notary

· Conference room setup and clean up

· Assist with creating marketing material for internal and external use

· Credit Card reconciliation

· Update firm phone list


· Backup/Assist with IT setup of Zoom, Teams, or other technology needs

· Assist with planning of Frisco office and firm-wide events

· Backup to Conflict Coordinator

· Assist Director of Operations with projects as needed
