  • Ability to affect continuous improvement in employee morale, teamwork, work ethic, commitment to strategic goals and company loyalty
  • Talent development tools, such as. 360 degree assessment, MBTI, Disc profile, EQ, SSI
  • ESOP experience and SHRM Certification preferred


Other requirements:

  • Available for extended overnight travel
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  • Valid driver's license
