About the Role: They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to oversee their enterprise-level accounts in North America and identify opportunities for revenue growth.


Core responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting and Reporting: Predict sales and revenue for assigned accounts, track key metrics, and report to senior leadership.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and quota setting for global opportunities.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging pre-sales engineering to explore new revenue streams.
  • Negotiation and Contract Renewals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure renewals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Customer Success: Work with the Customer Success team to maximize client value and address issues proactively.
  • New Revenue/Service Line Generation: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and manage client requests.


Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management roles with a technical, SaaS environment.
  • Experience of technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing in order to solve and grow client offering.
  • Experience in customer facing roles including pre-sales, project deployments, customer support.
  • Experience of negotiating sales and contract terms with clients.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Commercially astute with demonstrable track record of growing revenue and accounts and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels.
