Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager. This person will act as a central point of communication within the office and is responsible for the office operating smoothly. Punctuality, attention to detail and organizational skills are vital. They will oversee administrative staff to ensure accuracy and productivity, and report office progress to senior management. Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

-Supervise administrative staff members including but not limited to: allocating duties, organizing training requirements, and providing administrative coverage as needed

-Responsible for air, rail, ground and lodging arrangements

-Manage calendars and databases

-Prepare, file, and mail forms

-Assist CFO with travel expense reports and documenting office expenses

-Assist CCO with policy/procedure manual

-Assist HR with employee manual

-Assist IT department with the selection of office equipment

-Select vendors for all office supplies

-Acquire and maintain a Notary license

-Acquire and maintain an AED certification and First Aid training

-Maintain soft and hard copies of all corporate documents

-Process and log invoices for various entities and individuals

Requirements of the Office Manager:

-Bachelor's Degree required

-7-15 years of prior administration experience required

-Knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required

-QuickBooks knowledge nice to have but not required
