Regional Sales Manager US - North-Central Region 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of Sales success selling capital equipment and will play a significant role in growing Sales within the region. Experience of Sales within the capital analytical instruments industry, preferable in the field of Laboratory Automation is ideal but not required.

 

Responsibilities: 

·        Meet and or exceed an annual sales target 

·        Develop, plan and execute sales promotional campaigns for the assigned region 

·        Execute direct sales activities 

·        Present the Skalar Group products to new and existing customers

·        Maintain thorough records via the CRM database 

·        Collect and analyze marketplace trends 

·        Data analysis to determine plans and actions that grow sales 

·        Propose and execute a systematization to improve sales work processes 

·        Work interdependently with the internal Sales & Marketing team  


Qualifications: 

·        Bachelors Degree in a Business or related field

·        Proven track record of at least 3 years Sales experience

·        Is technically inclined and or can demonstrate an ability to learn 

·        Strong analytical skills 

·        Flexible to travel within a defined region of the US
