Repair Coordinator

The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clients' repairs. The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for obtaining all information, documenting, and following up on client repairs to ensuring our clients devices longevity.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily tasks on client repairs: Client phone calls, documentation, Repair submission, Tracking, and Client / Sales Reps follow ups.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/clients.
  • Ensure all data has been entered in Salesforce.
  • Help assistant Director of Operations to monitor repairs progress.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by director.


Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Prioritize tasks & ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and keep track of all open repairs.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Detail orientated (for documentation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-Solving Skills (when needing to track down devices)


Position Type and Hours

  • Full-time
  • Hybrid schedule option offered after onboarding, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

(This role may have to come into the office on remote days depending on client needs)
