Job DescriptionJob Description

The CSR position is an entry level position and is vital to the continued success of the company. You will be responsible for scheduling customer estimates and drop offs. Coordinating vehicle tow ins and obtaining claim information from various insurance companies. You will be initial point of contact for customer and also accept customer payment at time of pickup.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly explain the repair process and address any questions from the customer while promoting a sense of confidence in the repair process
  • Schedule customers for repairs
  • Capture all prior damages on vehicle inspection sheet including photos during walk around
  • Respond to and arrange towing or transportation of the vehicle from tow yard or customer home
  • Make appraisal follow up calls to capture additional customers and feedback
  • Provide 24 hour notice of vehicle readiness for delivery to customer, personally deliver the car to the customer
  • Uphold store policies regarding payments, purchases, documentation, etc
  • Support all team members when required
  • Complete on line training assignments
  • Wil learn basic collision estimating

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, must be insurable
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively using various methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to maintain collaborative relationships
  • Outgoing personality, ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to learn new computer programs and software within a timeframe that maximizes customer satisfaction
