Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in Azure to support the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions. This contract-to-hire role involves leveraging Azure's capabilities to develop scalable AI systems that drive business value and innovation. Some experience in architecture is a plus.
Responsibilities:
AI/Client Solution Development:
- Develop scalable AI components using Azure.
- Design technical roadmaps and prototypes for AI projects.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows on the Azure platform.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI models using Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure Fabric.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to the AI team.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and analysts.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Explore and implement new AI techniques and methodologies.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in AI/Client development.
- Proven expertise in using Azure for AI/Client solutions, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant AI/Client libraries.
- Some experience in architecture is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of GenAI technologies and cloud-based architectures.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Studio, PySpark, and AI in PowerBI.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques on Azure.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and their integration with AI solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
