Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking an Azure Security Engineer to join a prominent financial organization focused on transitioning on-premises applications to the Azure government cloud. The selected engineer will play a crucial role in executing technological initiatives aimed at safeguarding the client's cloud infrastructure.

The responsibilities include strategic planning and architectural design, ensuring the security of enterprise information by identifying network and application security needs, and implementing and evaluating security controls and procedures. The primary focus will be on enabling Cloud Cybersecurity controls and compliance requirements, as well as remediation programs aligned with business priorities and risks to address Cyber-Security, Cyber Defense, and the operational needs of the client.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $80 to $87, with exact compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
