Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our agency team. A successful candidate has a track record of planning and implementing results-driven multi-channel digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, understands how to optimize each channel, and thrives on measuring results. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. You must be passionate about your career, and the quality of work. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create compelling ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize google analytics, google tag manager, google search console, UTM tracking, and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet client expectations.
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing and delivering successful digital media campaigns in an agency environment for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC and display platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to develop campaigns tailored to clients’ individual markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Preferred Skills:
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
