Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a specialized industrial environment
  • Over 3 years of supervisory/management expertise
  • Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to decipher intricate mechanical, structural, and electrical schematics
  • Proven track record in Maintenance, Reliability, and Predictive Techniques
  • Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and predictive technology
  • Certifications: CMRP or CRL, MLT 1
  • Deep knowledge of conveyor systems, breakers, boilers, hydraulics, PLCs, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficiency in welding, machining, industrial design, and equipment rigging
  • Knowledge of OSB, Pulp, Paper, Corrugation, or Converting Preferred
