Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform heavy cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Receive and store raw and prepared food products, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Unload and stock new deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and storage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment based on cleaning and routine maintenance schedules, using approved chemicals and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organize the stockroom and storage areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn when using chemicals or deep cleaning equipment.
  • Maintain and rotate products to ensure dates have not expired and products are used timely.
  • Perform routine food service tasks, under direct supervision of Managers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Past experience in heavy cleaning of kitchen equipment is preferred
  • Ability to follow directions, read SDS Sheets, and understand PPE equipment
