Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring they are in top-notch physical condition, inside and out. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks personally and/or delegating to assistants, responding to after-hours emergencies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks personally and/or delegate to assistants
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring they are in top-notch physical condition
  • Manage maintenance staff and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Caring attitude, pride in your work, and the apartment property
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
  • High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
  • Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Skilled in using power tools
  • Good people skills, friendly, helpful attitude
  • Basic technology skills with computers and tablets
  • Rotating after-hours on-call availability, rotating weekends
  • Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Good record keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-up
  • Valid driver's license
