Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Dropship Channel Program Manager to spearhead the launch and optimization of our new dropshipping channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce, supply chain management, and fostering strong partner relationships. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our dropship program, from onboarding partners to ensuring seamless order fulfillment and a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with strategic dropship partners.
  • Monitor partner performance (e.g., order accuracy, shipping times, customer service) and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data on our website.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent potential stockouts.
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Manage customer service inquiries related to dropship orders.
  • Analyze program performance data (e.g., sales, profitability, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance program efficiency, reduce costs, and drive sales growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices in dropshipping.
  • Scale the dropship program up to a full-time operation as the channel expands.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to propel program success.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and/or successful completion of GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, supply chain management, or vendor management, with a proven track record in dropshipping.
  • Prior experience with dropship management platforms such as Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), DSCO, etc.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field.
  • Prior experience within the luxury goods industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury brands and their authentication methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve goals.
  • Interest in growing in the field(s) of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Wholesale, or Luxury Goods.


This role is based on-site in Bethesda, Maryland. Current LePrix, Inc. office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. It is expected that all LePrix, Inc. employees have open availability within these established hours (unless otherwise approved), which are subject to change at any time with or without notice.


All LePrix, Inc. team members are expected to be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Stand/walk for up to 10-hours.
  • Access all areas of building (depending on the operations building, this may include ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways, and shipping docks safely and without limitation).
  • Walk in/and around all areas of the warehouse/offices with great frequency.
  • Willing and able to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, overnights, and/or holidays, and is subject to change at any time with or without notice.
  • Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
  • Lift and move items up to 49 pounds.
