About the Role

Rochambeau, The French International School of Washington DC, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Auxiliary Programs Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, fostering a vibrant and inclusive educational community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of Enrichment and Camps Programs, including hiring, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Enrichment and Daycare Program, from 3pm to 6pm daily during the school year.
  • Develop and oversee the registration and enrollment process for all auxiliary programs.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures for the successful management of auxiliary programs.
  • Provide regular communications to families in auxiliary programs throughout their time enrolled.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in planning student programs.
  • CPR/FIRST AID/AED Certification is required.
  • Dynamic instructional leader with an understanding of the developmental and curricular needs of children.
  • Ability to use a range of technical tools, including e-newsletter software, web-based registration and enrollment software, and basic content management tools.
