Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates.
  • Observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent.
  • Overseeing change orders and the billing process.
  • Supervising subcontractor performance.
  • Ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the start-up of the project.
  • Reviewing costs against estimates for each total project.
  • Updating labor productivity reports.
  • Assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements.
