Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Project Manager in Construction Management to oversee bridge work, infrastructure, plant & process, school and municipal, and pump station projects. Collaborate closely with Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Accountants for efficient execution.
What You Will Do:
Lead and support your team with strong communication skills, delivering compelling presentations. Resolve issues with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Manage construction activities, estimate costs, handle contracts, and oversee scheduling with tools like P6 to ensure project success. Develop operational strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
Ideal candidate has 10-12 years of experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. Previous Project Management experience in reputable firms, expertise in vertical and heavy civil construction, and proficiency in tools like Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Viewpoint, and P6 are desired. Strong leadership, team-building skills, and OSHA certification (10 or 30) are valued.
