SUMMARY OF POSITION 

 


Reporting to the CEO, the marketing manager is responsible to execute and track all marketing efforts and communication across both Aethos and its subsidiary Medspas. Carrying out with a strong sense of leadership, focused on: new patient acquisition, customer retention, and building brand awareness, this role will oversee and manage the Aethos brand and communications strategy, business development efforts across the organization, media relations, as well as spearheading branded events. 


Must have an in-depth understanding of the market, customer demographics, preferences, and competition with proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies. Must be able to craft creative, fresh marketing content in the form of ads, graphics, written content, and videos. Manage the creation and production of marketing deliverables needed to promote events, specials, community, and internal engagement.


This individual will also act as a patient advocate by being knowledgeable in all areas of the practice covering surgical (Plastics) and non-surgical treatments (Medspa). Has a strong communication and interpersonal skills and is able to build great relationships with peers, partners and current/new patients. Proven professional experience is a must, preferably in the aesthetic medicine and/or plastic surgery industry. 


RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

The essential roles and responsibilities are noted below, but not limited to: 

 

ONLINE & OFFLINE MARKETING 

 

  • Act as a brand’s gatekeeper to maintain cohesive brand voice/imagery as well as representation of the business throughout all customer touchpoints 
  • Lead and manage all communication with business partners that carry out various digital marketing efforts for Aethos and its subsidiary brand(s) 
  • Manage the calendar of monthly experience specials and inform customers and internal team in an organized manner 
  • Drive results through impactful marketing initiatives and implementation. 
  • Weekly meetings to assess set KPIs 
  • Spearhead and assess results with SEO and modify campaigns to ensure established benchmarks are reached 
  • Plan & execute for offsite and in-location events, including the creation of a surveys, checklists, creation of marketing materials and branded swag 
  • Lead website updates & revamps by working with third party business partners 
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with internal team, clients, vendors, and the community 
  • Assist in updating and keeping current merchandising displays as well as responsible for in-office brand presence, and all internal and external collateral and signage 
  • Stay current on industry trends 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA 

 

  • Spearhead social media initiatives across existing social media channels 
  • Implement online marketing campaigns and digital asset strategies utilizing video content; photo content; and news/promotional content posts 
  • Develop social media campaigns and update across all platforms 
  • Proactively create and manage social media calendar 
  • Lead social media posting, engagement and community management collaboratively with designated marketing agencies. 
  • Define KPIs and/or other business goals for social media campaigns 
  • Use social media marketing tools to gauge successful campaigns 
  • Help strategize new ways to develop and capture marketing content 
  • Develop creative digital content utilizing on trend methods and fresh new concepts 
  • Manage online reputation of practice on Google Business, and other areas 
  • Measure benchmarks for social media engagement and reputation management 
  • Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained 
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics 
  • Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity 
  • Communicate effectively as needed to all stakeholders including owners and senior management 

 

INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIP 

  • Develop and manage the influencer program, which includes outreach to newly discovered influencers, negotiating deliverables, maintaining top performing influencers for repeat visits, tracking posts, supplying material for paid media to the growth team, and analyzing and reporting outcomes. 
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network 
  • Work collaboratively with third party business partner to execute all influencer partnership efforts 

 

 

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT 

 

  • Assist in production of deliverables needed for general brand marketing, special offerings, and community engagement 
  • Craft branded, captivating content to be implemented across all marketing channels to ensure consistent messaging - social media and reputation management platforms, print collateral, signage, and advertisements 
  • Collaborate with marketing team to elevate creative thinking by contributing innovative concepts for online engagement, video creation, written content, and photography 
  • Manage online paid advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, and analysis of ad performance. 

 

EVENTS 

 

  • Help plan, coordinate, communicate, and execute internal and external events; monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual both in office and virtual 
  • Promote events, collect, track and engage with RSVPs 
  • Assist with charity events and internal campaigning 

 

TIMELINES & REPORTING 

 

  • Direct the calendar and schedule on a monthly basis for all marketing efforts, with a focus on promoting cross-functional cooperation to achieve a best-in-class customer experience. 
  • Lead post-event reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans.

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Internet Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university 
  • Minimum of two years' professional experience as a marketing associate/ 
  • Proven experience in coordinating and executing successful marketing initiatives, preferably in the aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery fields 
  • Data analysis as it pertains to marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns 
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Proficient in reputation management platforms including but not limited to: Google Business 
  • Ability to think creatively 
  • Ability to work independently while functioning in a team environment 
  • High level of organization skills with attention to detail
