Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales/Admin. The role involves tasks related to inside sales and customer service, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, or email
- Customer and internal calls to manage production timing, forecasting and open orders
- Working direct with e-commerce manager to fulfil sales
- Coordinate shipments with warehouse
- Reporting sales and data into Excel, weekly reports to headquarters
- Managing automated accounting systems to ensure they are synchronized
- Invoicing customers and collecting payment through online platforms or via phone
- Filing quarterly taxes, reconciling transactions and preparing documents for quarterly and year closing
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Experience with CRM and EDI is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
