Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales/Admin. The role involves tasks related to inside sales and customer service, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, or email
  • Customer and internal calls to manage production timing, forecasting and open orders
  • Working direct with e-commerce manager to fulfil sales
  • Coordinate shipments with warehouse
  • Reporting sales and data into Excel, weekly reports to headquarters
  • Managing automated accounting systems to ensure they are synchronized
  • Invoicing customers and collecting payment through online platforms or via phone
  • Filing quarterly taxes, reconciling transactions and preparing documents for quarterly and year closing


Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Experience with CRM and EDI is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
