Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Fortify Building Solutions in the market with a primary focus on simple metal buildings Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient Ability to work with a variety of Operating Systems Qualifications RequirementsCollege degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building Brand’s associates, customers, subsidiaries and agentsAbility to analyze market conditions and competition to develop strategic responses to opportunitiesMust be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and in a team environment is essential50-70% travel in market PreferencesBuilding Materials experience. Pre-engineered metal building, pole barns or metal roof and wall system experience is most preferred.Understanding of construction processStrong understanding of Drafting, Estimating and Inside SalesAbility to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications CompetenciesOrganizational AgilityBusiness AcumenSelf-MotivatedCustomer FocusedData DrivenCollaborative
