PVH is seeking a highly skilled USA Marketing & Events Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and manage events to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth in the USA market. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual who can lead marketing initiatives, coordinate high-impact events, and ensure seamless integration of marketing activities across various channels.


PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing:

  • Develop and implement USA marketing & Communication plan.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Create and manage content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing and communication efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.


Events:

  • Plan tradeshows/events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
  • Take on full responsibility to manage and coordinate projects which resonate with the PVHardware DNA from conception to realization.
  • Lead promotional activities for the event.
  • Support strong relationships with agency partners, caterers, media agency, etc.
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
  • Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports.


Requirements:

  • Degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
  • In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media.
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features.
  • Experience with marketing tools and software.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.


Regular Interlocutors:

  • Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales Department, Global Marketing team, and Global Product team.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies and suppliers.
