We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following roles: Event Coordinators, Jewelry Welders, and Sales Associates.
Role Description
Position: Part-Time Event Coordinator / Market Coordinator
Company: Forevermore Jewelry
As an Event Coordinator / Market Coordinator at Forevermore Jewelry, you will play a key role in organizing and managing our various events and marketing activities. This includes handling logistics, working with vendor managers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee event logistics and setup
- Collaborate with vendor managers and other stakeholders
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide exceptional customer service during events
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is essential
- Outgoing personality with strong initiative and a proactive approach
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in event planning or marketing is advantageous
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided, including on-the-job training for Permanent Jewelry techniques.
