Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sales Executive at ULTRA ENVIROFLEX, LLC located in Midland, TX. The Sales Manager/Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager/Sales Executive will also be responsible for forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to upper management.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Established customer base is a must
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of the industry and market
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Experience in the environmental services industry is a plus
