Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our downhole coil tool fleet for all of the USA.

Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience in technology sales or related industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
