Job Description We are seeking a versatile GTM Marketer with a knack for storytelling, customer insights, data analysis, and business acumen. In this role, you will lead initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to maturity, executing go-to-market strategies that drive significant impact and influence. You will champion the voice of B2B mid-market customers and support medium to large accountants, developing deep empathy for their needs and pain points.

Your day-to-day will involve leveraging qualitative and quantitative consumer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to uncover opportunities for product differentiation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on strategies, ensuring our platform meets customer demands across all channels. As a creative communicator, you'll turn customer insights into compelling positioning, value propositions, and messaging.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM initiatives at various product lifecycle stages.
  • Champion the voice of B2B mid-market customers and accountants.
  • Utilize consumer, competitive, and industry insights to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute launch and growth strategies.
  • Define market sizing, project objectives, and necessary support.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, set objectives, and track impact.
  • Analyze program results to report on ROI.
  • Present recommendations and share learnings across the organization.
  • Stay curious and open to learning new systems and processes.


Required Experience/Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, driving go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and business strategies into effective execution.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-based business decisions with sound judgment.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate and influence within complex organizational structures.
  • Experience with mid-market customers or AP solutions is a plus.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Personal interest in the tech industry.
  • Experience with SaaS companies and B2B marketing.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.


Education

  • BA/BS degree required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in SaaS companies, B2B marketing, and/or MBA is a plus.
