About the Opportunity:


CornerStone TTS is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician II to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is pivotal in providing technical support for IT systems across our organization, including end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Maintain and support computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Configure and set up new equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and software.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates to optimize system performance.
  • Educate staff on IT policies, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance technology infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain UniFi Ubiquiti network stack.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts and collaboration tools.


Qualifications:


  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a Helpdesk or similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and remote desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments or property management industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VSAX for RMM and Autotask ticketing systems is desirable.
  • Experience with UniFi Ubiquiti network stack and Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
