TAVO Media Group, a leading force in the realm of marketing and advertising, is on the hunt for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to spearhead our expansion efforts across North America. As an integral member of our team, you will be tasked with the mission of forging new business relationships, employing a keen hunter's instinct to navigate the competitive landscape.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Delve into the market with precision, mapping out potential clients and key decision-makers through various channels, including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and leveraging referrals.
- Market Penetration: Spearhead the identification of new market segments ripe for our services, curate prospect lists, and convert potential leads into loyal customers.
- Lead Generation & Management: Craft and refine lead lists utilizing tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Navigator, coupled with curated conference attendee directories. Seamlessly integrate these prospects into our CRM and initiate targeted outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Campaign Development: Architect and oversee email and LinkedIn outbound marketing campaigns, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Lead Analysis & Qualification: Assess and prioritize leads generated through our website and external lead platforms, ensuring a smooth transition to our sales team for further engagement.
- Client Engagement: Take the helm in initial client communications, setting the stage for meaningful interactions between prospects and our sales maestros.
- CRM Management: Maintain a pulse on our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and up-to-the-minute accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Keep a keen eye on performance metrics, refining processes for enhanced efficiency and results.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry movements, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify new business avenues and strategic positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Industry Passion: A fervent interest in the email/marketing automation domain.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales, particularly within email, marketing automation, or adjacent sectors.
- Sales Acumen: A hunter at heart, with a knack for nurturing relationships, and a relentless drive to secure new business.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for presentation.
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with the advertising agency ecosystem, including the nuances of both paid and organic media strategies, SEO, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, public relations, and production.
- Performance-Oriented: A results-focused approach, with a rapid capability to expand the sales pipeline.
- Independence & Collaboration: The ability to flourish both as an autonomous contributor and within a collaborative team setting, in a high-velocity environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales platforms, with a preference for expertise in Hubspot, LinkedIn Messaging, Google Business Apps and Microsoft Office suite.
