Sales Manager - Hybrid Role in Orlando - Drive Growth in Medical Aesthetics

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to lead and mentor our growing sales team in Orlando, Florida. This is a hybrid position offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-20 independent sales representatives (1099) across the US, focusing on driving sales of our groundbreaking Luña Ray device. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, and a strong commitment to developing and empowering sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-20 independent sales representatives (1099), providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including medical spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, RNs, and NPs looking to start or expand their practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in growing sales and meeting quotas.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the medical aesthetics industry (strong candidates with a proven track record in aesthetics sales and less than 5 years of management experience will be considered).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is essential.
