Responsibilities of the Business Office Associate:

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Handle credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare and process payments via check, electronic transfer, or other methods
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Utilize BlackBaud accounting software proficiently to manage financial data and transactions.
  • Generate reports and analyze financial information within the BlackBaud system
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including entering data into accounting systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Office team, including filing, correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications of the Business Office Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
  • Proficiency in BlackBaud accounting software is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
