Job Description:

As the Founding Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our sales strategy to surpass performance targets. This encompasses refining sales systems and processes and implementing a strategic hiring plan. In collaboration with Sales Development Representative (SDR) partners, you'll craft client lists that align with long-term revenue and market position goals, nurturing opportunities and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Construct and optimize sales systems, processes, and a strategic hiring plan.
  • Collaborate with SDR partners to generate client lists aligned with long-term revenue and market position goals.
  • Work closely with all teams to position the companys presence and voice in line with growth objectives, effectively reaching targeted clientele.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably to stadiums, entertainment groups, and concessionaires (e.g., Aramark).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions or services to enterprise customers; sales team management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining C-level and senior executive client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, organized, and energetic.
