As a B2B Sales Director for 10X Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way people engage with healthcare. Leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, manage inbound inquiries, and provide innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling presentations, leading high-stakes negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your insights into industry trends and collaborative efforts with our product and marketing teams will drive continuous improvement and position 10X Health at the forefront of healthcare technology. Additionally, you will actively engage in multiple B2B communities in the regenerative, functional medicine, and wellness spaces to drive activity, lead flow, and build fruitful customer relationships.

OBJECTIVES
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and lead generation strategies. Maximize customer accounts to identify and manage opportunities for enhancing sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage in outbound activities to generate leads. Participate in and contribute to multiple B2B communities in the regenerative, functional medicine, and wellness spaces
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients, providing tailored solutions and building long-lasting, trusted relationships
- Create compelling, value-driven presentations that clearly demonstrate how our diverse product offerings solve customer challenges and meet their specific needs
- Lead negotiations and bring deals to a successful close, ensuring customer satisfaction and mutually beneficial outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to provide strategic input into product development and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with operations, product, marketing departments to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience
- Navigate enterprise procurement processes and manage sales involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all relevant parties
- Provide feedback to marketing, customer success, and product teams based on prospect conversations to drive new initiatives and product ideas
- Accurately forecast deal sizes and close dates to upper management, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets
COMPETENCIES
- Proven success in B2B sales, consistently exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals with strong negotiating skills and closing techniques
- Understanding of enterprise procurement processes and experience selling to enterprise accounts in the $60k - $100k deal range
- Self-directed, highly organized working style with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- At least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the healthcare, regenerative medicine, or wellness industries is preferred but not essential
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
- Travel up to 10% of the time
