We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Growth to join our team at 10X Health System. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute robust lead generation programs to meet annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new channels and media to promote 10X Health's products and services.
- Analyze campaign success and track utilization growth and engagement.
- Enhance the market prominence of the 10X Health brand across various channels.
- Build a scalable, high-performance B2B sales team and infrastructure.
- Develop strategies and training for client-facing teams.
- Develop new product and service strategies to enhance 10X Health's value proposition.
- Make recommendations on key investments and innovations within marketing services.
- Develop subject matter expertise on industry-specific competitive landscapes and trends.
- Oversee the creation of collateral with a compelling and consistent market voice.
- Formulate and adhere to intricate marketing budgets.
- Partner closely with the Operations team to develop upsell and customer renewal strategies.
- Foster intentional engagement with customers through events and communications.
- Represent 10X Health in the media and engage with community groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong background in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
