We are hiring an Office Coordinator to support a financial services company in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented, and creative professional. This position is hiring urgently


Location: International District, Seattle, WA. Parking provided.

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am- 4:30pm


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, assist with and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
  • Perform admin/clerical work
  • Ensure office is organized and tidy
  • Own the 401K uploads for clients
  • Own the monthly Newsletter
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks include new hire boxes, new hires supply orders, laptop setup assistance
  • Complete weekly new hire reports to various states
  • Assist in coordination of office events
  • Daily review and allocation of unassigned inbound client request/tickets
  • Backup distribution support including reports, checks, and direct deposit advices and year end forms.
  • Other administrative duties or distribution duties as requested
