We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive the growth of our client’s Digital Solutions portfolio supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise with government procurement processes at federal, state, and local levels will be crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Navigate government procurement processes to secure contracts.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and track customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics.


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably with the FAA.
  • Experience with government procurement processes at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree.


Additional Information:

  • Must be open to travel to client sites as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
