Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals and groups.
Develop effective treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with staff members and outside professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions and progress notes.
Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines established by the state licensing board and the practice.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field
Current and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health therapist in the state of Washington, Associates are welcome.
Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
Willing to maintain minimum of 20 direct client hours per week after established.
