OnStation is a SAAS platform that provides a key function to individuals working on the road. This position will focus on developing and building upon relationships within the industry while enhancing the OnStation brand. The purpose of this position is to build brand awareness and transform that awareness into a sales lead. This person will be able to build what “OnStation from the Field” looks like

Who We Are

The Leading Digital Stationing Platform: A collaborative digital stationing platform that provides location-based project record from bid to close. The mobile app instantly provides station, alignment, and offset details while on a project site. Projects come fully configured, making rollout simple, and our stationing experts provide a wide variety of support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Join us in creating a better future where reliable project data (pictures, chats, e-tickets, core tests, and much more) is captured on-site and is visible within your organization’s dashboard presented within OnStation’s user portal. Never get lost or look for project record again.

Day In A Life

  • Coordinate and attend consumer-facing state/industry conferences and jobsite visits. (Travel, Registration, SWAG)
  • Interact with event attendees with pre and post content engagement through emails, SMS, push notifications, and social platforms.
  • Track Association engagement and ad opportunities to increase engagement in each state across the nation.
  • Responsible for meeting predetermined performance goals for each event/campaign as well as other KPIs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • #1 item required, coming directly from the current team: Self-Starter capable of managing their workload and working independently. The only constant is change

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Familiar with design software’s, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, and energetic.
  • Ability to travel and to work show hours.
  • Persistence, drive, abundant energy
  • Comfort in initial engagement with prospects
