Director of Implementation

As the Director of Implementation, you will spearhead our team in successfully implementing and adopting iScribe services with a focus on our generative AI product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex projects efficiently and ensuring seamless execution. The Director of Implementation will have exceptional leadership skills and can set clear expectations with clients, manage project schedules effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Along with the VP, you will partner with our clients to ensure their continued success with iScribe services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Build and implement a streamlined and efficient implementation process that minimizes disruptions and ensures a quick and seamless experience for clients. Continuously maintain and gauge the efficiency of the program, adjusting as necessary. Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to create the implementation process, drawing from current reference materials or building a process from scratch as needed. Collaborate on refining and optimizing the process to ensure alignment with customer success goals. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the implementation process.


Multi-Project Management:

Oversee the implementation of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that each project stays on track and meets its objectives within set timelines and budgets. Work closely with the team to determine optimal go-live schedules for new clients based on current project statuses and planned implementations. Establish clear expectations with clients regarding project deliverables, timelines, and requirements, ensuring alignment and understanding from the outset. Serve as the primary point of contact and provide high-level support during kick-off calls, developing comprehensive checklists to guide the process effectively. Organize and assign implementation resources, including employees and contractors, based on the needs and specifics of each client and project.


Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the client champion during implementation and go-live phases, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.


Travel and On-site Presence:

Embrace travel to client sites, ensuring a physical presence for effective, face-to-face engagement. This individual will be presented as the face of iScribeHealth. This role must have excellent training skills and must know how to be resilient, professional, and adaptable.

 


Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple implementation projects concurrently, preferably in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with a track record of successfully driving organizational change across diverse projects.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks, manage resources effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs preferred.

Willingness to travel and participate in on-site client engagements.

Ability to work independently and without supervision.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
